When it says "3 squats:15 reps", are you doing 15 all together or 45?
When it says "Plus light warm up: 10-15 reps", what does that mean?
If you could answer these that'd be truly amazing!!

ReplyDelete@Camille, pretty sure she means doing 3 different sets of 15 reps. Not the 45 altogether. And the "Plus light warm up of 10-15 reps means do the exercise with a lighter weight for 10-15 reps to warm up the muscles (and prevent injury) and then do your regular set with the higher weight right after.
